I have enjoyed being a realtor since 2012 and established my Billings career in 2014. I am very focused on real estate with a consistently strong sales record. I have been selected as one of the “10 Best Real Estate Agents” for Montana by the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals for each of the last 3 years. Additionally, I have been awarded numerous awards as a top 3% sales producer in the Billings market every year since 2015.

I believe in lifelong education and staying abreast of Real Estate practices, marketing strategies and laws. In early 2018, I obtained the Certified Residential Specialist designation, through the National Association of Realtors and achieved by less than 3% in the profession. In 2019, I obtained the Accredited Buyer’s Representative and in 2020, I obtained the Seller Representative Specialist Designations.

Serving my clients to the best of my ability is very important to me. I don’t just say it, I mean it. I am passionate about real estate and I work hard to represent my clients and their best interests. As a buyer’s agent, I do my best to find the home that fits or balances needs and wishes within budget. I am always happy to provide assistance with referring qualified lenders, contractors, and insurance companies if needed.

As a listing agent, I use professional photography and incorporate marketing strategies that include direct mailing, locally distributed print portfolio, and utilize advertising through over 20 internet and social media sites. Through strong negotiation, I have obtained an average sales price of over 98% of list price for my listing clients and a sales price of approximately 97% for by buying clients. (Over a 1% difference equates to Thousands of dollars)

I commit to be being available to my clients, to answering or finding the answer to questions, and to sharing information and advice. I am and have always been a good standing member of the National, State and Local Board of Realtors.

Kimberly H Kerry was everything I heard she would be and more. Her level of experience in guiding this out-of-stater through purchasing a home from afar, was nothing short of amazing. Kerry is knowledgeable, the consummate professional and offered a wealth of insights. As anyone who has purchased a house knows, availability of a real estate agent is key to this process. I would rate Kerry a 10 out of 10 on availability. She answered all of our questions, and yes, I had a ton of them! She was patient with us and re-explained several parts of the transaction so we could fully understand and be confident in our decision.
