12/14/19 Ed C sold a home. Got my house sold in just a few weeks. Constant contact response!! Great advice on repairs needed and what is important to buyer. This is my fifth home or piece of land I have sold using a realtor. The other four were good….but Kerry will be my first choice when I again need a realtor.

7/17/19 Tony O bought a single family investment property First of all, I’d like to say that you probably won’t find any realtor as honest, ethical and passionate about real estate as Kerry. This is the first time I’m writing a review for a realtor because she deserves it. Surprisingly, I met Kerry through a Google search just out of frustration with other agents I’ve done business with in the past. My wife and I reached out to four agents including Kerry to help with real estate investment properties here in Billings MT. In just three days we discontinued with the other three realtors. We were extremely impressed with the experience, attention to detail, commitment and responsiveness from Kerry that we only wished we had met her all along. Honestly her experience and negotiating skills in this field is unrivalled. We didn’t only get 12k for a new roof but an extra 10k from the seller for other upgrades on that property that I wasn’t expecting or requested. Kerry went above and beyond and made sure my interest was first and also made sure we weren’t leaving any money on the table. She had our back from day 1 to closing. She is all about the client’s best interest, always willing to listen to you anytime of the day and resolves issues promptly. She made the whole process seamless compared to previous experiences.
