Having lived in many places, I know first-hand the complexities of corporate relocation as my family went through a corporate relocation to Sioux Falls. I love to help my clients live their dream of home ownership together with top customer service delivered with energy, enthusiasm, and a smile! When I am engaged with clients, I love to show them the town, eat well, laugh, and have fun. I have lived in many locations: Norfolk/Virginia Beach is home, Richmond, Shenandoah Valley, & Arlington, VA. I have also resided in San Francisco, Berkeley, Sausalito, and Columbia, MO.
My Business Degree from Augustana University acquired later in life, gives me an organized understanding of how best to assist my clients in making an important financial decision.
I have also earned my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designations to best help all clients understand the processes of buying and selling homes.
In my spare time, I love to ride my horse in Custer State Park and other great trails, camp, garden, take my dog for a walk as well as read a great book!
Sioux Falls is a booming town with a robust economy! We are located in the Southeast corner of the state. We are a regional medical and retail center, drawing from Western South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, as well as, Iowa. Downtown Sioux Falls is bustling with activity. It is one of the best in the country. On a summer night, you will find live music everywhere. Sioux Falls is known for its arts and entertainment with performances at the Denny Sanford Premier Center as well as the Washington Pavilion.

I grew up in Norfolk, Virginia 10 minutes from the Norfolk Naval Base. My father served in World War II as the Captain of an LST in the South Pacific. His 3 brothers and my mother’s 4 brothers were all in the military. I have helped a number of veterans in buying or selling their homes in the Sioux Falls area.
