We encourage all clients to contact us if there is an issue with our service to give us a chance to address your concerns prior to initiating a refund. We’ll contact you in a timely manner to address your concerns and if we cannot come to a mutually satisfactory solution, we will provide a refund if you meet our refund criteria listed below.
You must read all the details provided for the applicable ad/listing placement and be sure that you fully understand exactly what you are purchasing – including but not limited to the price, location on the website, category, number of ads/listings sold in each area, and of course, the website on which you will be advertising. If, however, you wish to request a refund, you must notify us of your request within 72 hours of making your purchase. Please note, there will be no refunds for any reason, permitted after our 72 hour grace period.

HelpVet.Net will grant refunds that are requested in the above stated time frame and that meet the applicable criteria. If a refund has been issued, please allow up to 10 business days for your issuing bank to post the refund back to your account. Issuing banks have different time frames for posting refunds to your account; therefore, you may not see the funds posted to your account even though we have processed the refund. Refunds are provided in the form of credit added to the bank account used for registration.
