What an incredible experience we had with Mendy Whitehead from Trophy Realtors. Can’t even begin to put in words how wonderful she was to work with. In 27 years of marriage and 5 houses bought/sold, this (by far) was the best experience we had. She is definitely on top of her game. Mendy and her staff are terrific. She takes a real personal interest in helping you find what you are looking for whether it be a new home or an investment property. Last year, she helped us find an ideal property that we invested in for a rental. Her staff has managed the rental property since we purchased it. Daina is wonderful! She has taken care of managing everything from handling the lease to managing repairs when needed. High quality team! Great Personal Service! I would do it again!

I want to thank Mendy and Trophy Realty for taking a couple of hours yesterday showing me around Trophy Club. Unfortunately, at this time I will not be pursuing the four homes I looked at. I thought they looked great and have a feeling they will sell pretty quickly, but I wanted a partner to help defray the cost. However, my two friends have decided not to go in at this time. I understand their reasons. Both decided to invest in other ventures. I am very disappointed, but I will have to not purchase this time.
My wife and I were very impressed when we met Mendy the other day. After spending some time seeing her in action, I am very impressed by her class, courtesy, and professionalism. I appreciate the way she always put my interest ahead of the sale. Also, she was kind enough to give me great advice on how to proceed. I will refer her to anyone who needs a realtor, and my wife echoed that same sentiment.

We are very happy with our house that we bought with the help of Mendy and Trophy Realtors. I thank them so much for finding it for us and holding our hand and babysitting us 1st time buyers through all the trials and tribulations. Can’t imagine going thru all that with someone that didn’t care or didn’t take the time to explain things the way they did. I can see why Mendy and Trophy came so highly recommended as we will do the same.

Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Trophy Club, TX.

When Chris and I decided to purchase a home in Trophy Club, we were strongly encouraged by friends to use Mendy, and what an awesome experience we had! She is literally the go-to expert for buying or selling a home. She is super calm and cool with negotiations and always keeps her client’s interests above her own. Very honest and trustworthy! We highly recommend!

Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Sendera Ranch, Haslet, TX.

Mendy sent us a list of houses and we chose 6 to look at on a Sunday. 3 had sold that weekend. She let us know and had two more houses picked out for us to look at. My wife and I fell in love with the first house we looked at. She helped me through the entire process. Answered all my questions and was quick with the paperwork side of things. I will definitely use her and refer her to anyone I know looking for a house.

Bought a home in 1997 in Dye, Montague, TX 76251.

We can’t thank Mendy Whitehead and Trophy Realty enough for everything they’ve done. we know it hasn’t been easy, so don’t try to pretend it was. First, Mendy showed us a duplex that served as our home for almost a year. Most Realtors would just move on to another house and forget about us all together after that. Lucky for us, she’s not most Realtors. Instead of trying to rush us into buying a house, you waited (and waited, and waited, and waited) until we finally found a house we all liked.

The first ten-thousand houses just didn’t please us all. They were all short a bathroom, or weren’t impressive, or (the most often case scenario) didn’t go to Colleyville Heritage High School – Goooooo Panthers!!

It took a lot of trial and error to find our dream home, and we couldn’t have done it without you. though I’m overjoyed that I will soon live in the coolest house on Kingswood – and I have every intention of showing it off to my friends – I’m almost sorry to say that our search is over.

I’ll never forget the fun I had looking at the variety of houses, planning my bedroom, critiquing architecture, comparing pools, and watching hot, sweaty guys mowing laws. But most of all, I’ll miss Mendy and her team. I’ll miss her sense of humor, her smile and her friendship. Well, before I start to cry, I’d like to thank you for everything you’ve ever done for us. And I hope we can stay in touch. Good luck in real estate, golf, and life.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Roanoke, TX.

I have bought 5 homes in 4 different states and Mendy was the first agent that ever really listened to what we were looking for and what was important to our decision. Then set out to make that happen, and when we went to look, with spare time being so valuable, all we saw is exactly what we were looking for, not what she wanted to sell us ! The process was short , sweet and it was so refreshing knowing that when she called that particular home had exactly what we were looking for. Her expertise of the area and its features was hard to put a price on to someone moving in from out of state !
