WELCOME! My name is Vicki Madigan, I am the Agent/Broker and Owner of Madigan Insurance Group, Inc.
Prior to opening our insurance agency in 2011, I spent most of my career in public education and corporate training. As an Agent/Broker, I draw heavily upon my vast background in teaching to help present complex insurance issues in a style that makes them easy to understand.
Educated consumers are in a much stronger position to help structure healthcare coverage that meets their specific needs. Techniques developed for successful teaching meld easily with the concept of a consultative enrollment process and produce positive outcomes for our clients.
No-Cost Needs Analysis
Each client receives a No-Cost needs analysis to help them choose the healthcare or life insurance plan that is BEST for that individual client. Often, I come to realize that after assessing the needs of a client, their present coverage is best suited to provide them with the necessary benefits. In a consultative enrollment process, this gets chalked up as a success.
Open-door Policy
Trust and Integrity are important pillars of our agency. Each year prior to the open enrollment, clients are contacted for a personal needs analysis of their healthcare plan.
Madigan Insurance Group, Inc. has an open-door policy. Clients can call, email or stop by with questions or concerns regarding their insurance coverage.
We are changing the insurance experience one client at a time. We are here for you!
Annual Insurance Agent Education and Training
Education and training is mandated for each insurance agent. To best meet the needs of my clients, each year I take mandated Medicare courses, pass comprehensive tests and qualify for all of the CMS requirements put forth by AHIP- American Health Insurance Professionals licensing.

My resident license for health and life insurance is in Illinois. I hold non-resident licensing for health and life insurance in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, Arizona, Indiana, Wisconsin and South Dakota.

Honoring My Family’s Military Heritage
My commitment to service is deeply rooted in my family’s military history. My father, Wayne Braeunig (1934–1977), served in the U.S. Army in Nuremberg, Germany, during the 1950s. Growing up, I cherished the stories he shared, especially about his role as a cook and peeling potatoes. After his time in the Army, he continued his career in food service, first as a butcher and later as a food sales representative. One of my most treasured family keepsakes is the wedding china he bought for my mother while in Germany, which has now been passed down to my niece.
My father-in-law also served in the U.S. Army, stationed in Italy, where he played a role in cleaning up the canals in Venice. These family stories of dedication and service inspire the work I do at Madigan Insurance Group, Inc. I strive to support military members, veterans, and their families with the same level of care and commitment that has always defined my family’s military legacy.
