Timothy is an Enrolled Agent licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He has been in practice since 1996, providing Tax Preparation and IRS Representation to individuals and businesses across the U.S. and abroad. He is experienced with Individual, Corporate, Partnership, Estates and Trusts as well as Non-Profit Tax preparation and consulting. He is a member of the National Society of Enrolled Agents as well as the Texas Society of Enrolled Agents where he served on the Board from 2010 to 2022 and as President from 2017 to 2020. Timothy has been highly active in legislative advocacy in Washington D.C. since 2011 advocating for tax reform and meeting with legislators to discuss the many challenges taxpayers face each year.
