Any time I had a question about the process, Tim was available: Nights, weekends and even when he was on vacation. His responsiveness was amazing. We enjoyed working with him so much during the purchase of our home in Hawaii that we decided to refi our other property. Finally, the rates we got on the homes were outstanding.
