CarePatrol Cobb Cherokee helps families in North Georgia find care. We check the care and violation history of suggested options. We tour with families, much like a realtor tours a family to a new home. We combine the power and presence of a large national network with local ownership and accountability. Our services are free for families as we are compensated by our provider partners.
CarePatrol is part of the Best Life Brands family of companies and is the nation’s largest senior placement organization, helping families find safer care options including assisted living, personal care homes, independent living, memory care, and in-home care since 1993. Our growing organization has over 175 local advisors located throughout the country who will personally meet with you and your family to help guide you through the difficult task of finding an alternative senior living setting. As always, our services are FREE TO FAMILES, and you can be sure of quality placement as we personally assess our partner providers across the nation.
I became a Certified Senior Advisor and started my CarePatrol office in 2015 after our family faced a crisis trying to find care for a family member. Using a referral company resulted in a barrage of sales calls and no one considered who our family member was and what their care and social needs truly were. There had to be a better way to find care. I left a professional career in IT management to stay home with our loved one, joining the growing number of unpaid family caregivers. With CarePatrol, I became the guide I wished to have had when we needed help.
Nationally, we are strong supporters of Alzheimer’s Association and locally, we support The Dementia Spotlight Foundation, Alzheimer’s Music Feast, Lewy Body Dementia Association, county senior services, Cherokee S.A.L.T. Triad. I serve as my county’s representative to the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Advisory Council on Aging.
As the mother of a US Navy veteran and sister of a disabled US Army veteran, the needs of veterans and their families is very important to me. Our extended family includes many veterans who proudly served in every branch of service. Our CarePatrol office works closely with local VFW and our county to help homeless and disabled vets find care.
