My love for the Military life began at 1 years old. My parents divorced and my Mom remarried a soldier in the Army. My first move was to Honolulu, Hawaii where we were stationed for years. Our stations took us to Ft Lewis, WA, Fort Gordon GA, Fort Hood Texas, Fort Leavenworth, Ks and Fort Carson Colorado. I think my favorite place was Colorado.
My biological father served 20 years in the Army Reserves. My stepfathers both served in the Army and one actually rose to Command Seargent Major before he retired. My brother served in the Air Force and earned his college degree, compliments of the Military. I currently have a nephew in the Marines.
I always felt that the Army life made life adventurous and you had to be adaptable to survive. I think it has made me more resilient and able to change with the times. I have missed living the Army life of my childhood, and I still get the itch to travel. I joke that I was raised in the back seat of a car. We did travel a lot as a young family.
I began my “civilian life” at the age of 18 and started working right out of high school for a Life Insurance Company, in Tumwater, WA. I worked for the Life Insurance Company for 20 years. The experience has proven so helpful to me becoming a Medicare Broker. I continue to live in Olympia, WA with my husband and our daughter.
I started my Medicare Business 11 years ago. I enjoy working with the Senior community and find my prior insurance experience has proven to be invaluable to my success.
Since 2023, I have developed a team of professionals, and we work together to bring our knowledge and expertise to our clients. We work with Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Benefits, Tri-Care, ChampVA, Social Security, Final Expense and Funeral Trusts. Altogether, we have a team of 5 licensed agents, 2 of which are bi-lingual in Spanish. We have a Financial Strategist, who is a graduate of the United States Military Academy with an Engineering Management Degree and former Major in the U.S. Army. His specialty is Social Security and Retirement Planning.
We enjoy serving our Veterans and retired Military families. Our mission is to help each one gain access to all of the benefits that they deserve.
