Married for over 18 years to my wonderful husband, Herman, and blessed with a smart and kind son, family is at the core of my existence. Our journey took an unexpected turn when my mother faced a challenging battle with cancer, and the absence of insurance became a painful reality.

Faced with the complexities of the insurance maze during my mother’s illness, I felt the overwhelming struggle of finding proper coverage. The confusion left me in tears, searching for answers and help that seemed elusive. Unfortunately, it became clear that the coverage she needed was beyond reach.

After my mother’s passing, the realization dawned that I needed to comprehend health insurance for my family. Driven by a genuine desire to spare others the anguish I endured, I embarked on a mission to understand and share my knowledge with those willing to listen. This journey led me to leave a high-paying advertising sales job for a fulfilling career in health insurance.

Today, I am dedicated to empowering individuals and families with the truth about their insurance—revealing both the positive and challenging aspects. Stevena is first class. I enjoy working with her so much. She is so patient with someone who doesn’t fully understand the world of insurance. Incredibly helpful and answers my questions no matter the time of day. She also helped my mom who has Alzheimer’s get set up as well. Navigating the medical field is extremely challenging, but with people like Stevena it reminds you people are still compassionate. 10/10 recommend. ~ Alexandra Gordon ~
