Steve was an absolutely amazing loan officer to work with throughout the entire process. He was very thorough and detail oriented. He made sure that I was knowledgeable of every paper I was required to sign. He was easy to reach at any time of day and was sure to quickly respond to all emails of questions I had concerning the loan. He closed the loan on the date that I had requested and ensured that I received the best interest rate possible.
