For almost 15 years, I have been a trusted mortgage loan professional helping my clients achieve the dream of home ownership. Whether buying your first home, retirement home, second home or looking to invest. It’s important for me to take the time to “LISTEN” so I can understand everyone’s unique needs to find the right loan for you. My goal is to make the entire mortgage process as simple and stress free as possible.

I come from a long line of family in Military starting with my Great Grandfather, Walter R. Richards, who was a Captain in the U.S. Coastguard. My Grandfather, Father and three Brothers, who are Army, National Guard and Navy respectively. The Military holds a special place in my heart. I have helped hundreds realize the dream of home ownership as well as refinance their homes through the years.

Born and raised in Southwest Florida, I currently reside in Sarasota with my fiancée, our two children, and our dog, Charlie. When I’m not helping my clients obtain their home ownership goals, you’ll see me cheering on our kids at local youth sporting events and dance performances as well as spending time with my friends and family, soaking up everything Florida has to offer!
