Life Transitions Consulting provides knowledgeable and unbiased expert guidance for individuals transitioning into new roles as retiree, seniors and parent givers. We are here to support individuals and families to help find solutions to challenges.
Some of the common concerns are safety at home, help at home, transportation, socialization, need to move, and lack of communication between family members. The older adult is included in conversations and decisions when possible as they are the ones living with the decisions being made.

About Me
My journey from working in the travel industry to taking an interest in helping aging adults and their family members comes from my own personal experiences helping my aging parents with their individual challenges, through their end of life.
