What an awesome experience working with Sharon Havice. Her caring and guiding personality made what I thought was going to be difficult experience into something quite easy. Sharon knows the market and what potential buyers want to purchase. She was with me every step of the way making constructive suggestions about painting, floor coverings and anything that would make the home more attractive inside and outside. She even provided me with phone numbers of qualified contractors from past satisfied clients. When it was difficult for me to get off work, she was at the house until I arrived. The home sold quickly and all I had to do was to trust and listen to Sharon. She made herself available from the very beginning to the very end.
