Shannon is GREAT!! She responded to a Realtor.com request about a property I was interested in and a lovely relationship developed from there. My husband and I were relocating from Virginia last fall and she made the process so easy–showed us 7 houses in one day, video-called on another, stayed on top of the paperwork deadlines, communicated well, and was very pleasant and patient through the whole process.
