i was shopping for a few weeks for a HELOC but kept getting denied. i was about to give up until i spoke with loanDepot, Sean got me approved for the heloc but then he explained the pros and cons. he suggested the VA cash out because i needed to get more equity than the heloc allowed. this helped to pay off all my detbs and this young man saved me 3 thousand dollars PER MOntH!!! words cannot describe how grateful i am for him and how he kept me in the loop everyday. will only work with Sean Areachiga moving forward

Conventional banks take months and months, paperwork back and forth. It’s frustrating at times. loanDepot eliminated all of that by sending me a document stating exactly what I needed and it was a step-by-step process. Sean and team were very clear and concise. We had the emails back and forth but the process was so simplified, it was almost unbelievable. I was the world’s biggest skeptic and when I spoke with them, I said I would give them a try. And it worked out because they simplified the whole process. If that’s the new way of doing business, I would recommend it to anyone. I would use these new lending places again if I have to or recommend anybody to use them

I wasn’t even looking to refinance at all, Sean called me on a Saturday afternoon & explained to me how he got my information. I was very hesitant at first but after a few texts and phone calls. My initial experience on my initial homeownership journey was a bit rocky due to my personal credit union giving me the run around. Luckily, my realtor Karen Mari referred me to loanDepot and the journey became a whole lot smoother. My initial contact was with Sean Arechiga, who made the process a million times better. We had been working with another loan officer who had made several careless mistakes on our refinance documents adding delay and dismay to an already challenging process.
