It has been a great experience working with Sean. I was looking at several different lenders and originally had chosen to go with another however, Sean presented way better rates and he was super easy to work with. He explained what to expect for closing and what I needed to do. He was also very patient working with me as I am not always easy to get a hold of by either phone or text. Conventional banks take months and months, paperwork back and forth. It’s frustrating at times. loanDepot eliminated all of that by sending me a document stating exactly what I needed and it was a step-by-step process. Sean and team were very clear and concise. We had the emails back and forth but the process was so simplified, it was almost unbelievable. I was the world’s biggest skeptic and when I spoke with them, I said I would give them a try. And it worked out because they simplified the whole process. If that’s the new way of doing business, I would recommend it to anyone. I would use these new lending places again if I have to or recommend anybody to use them

My initial experience on my initial homeownership journey was a bit rocky due to my personal credit union giving me the run around. Loan Depot loan officer Sean Arechiga answered my phone call on a Friday night and remained steadfast committed to passing on our destress concerning our mortgage refinancing process. We had been working with another loan officer who had made several careless mistakes on our refinance documents adding delay and dismay to an already challenging process. Mr. Arechiga took the time to hear my complaints and assured me he would not let us down and would be happy to take over if we wished, I agreed. He then proceeded to personally contact a manager to help resolve the issues connecting us with Mr. S. Morales the VP of Sales. Mr. Arechiga’s unwavering dedication to resolving our problems and moving the ball forward was a key element to our staying with Loan Depot through this arduous process; I was calling to notify Loan Depot that we were moving our account to another service but his assuring commitment to service persuaded us to continue with him and Loan Depot. Mr. Arechiga was also available throughout the weeks to follow as more documents were requested and frustration ebbed and flowed. He was always accruable and worked with others in the team, i.e., underwriting and our processing officer to smooth over additional problems as they arose. We are extremely thankful we had the good fortune of having Mr. Sean Arechiga as our loan officer with Loan Depot!
