Sabine was born and raised in Lörrach, located in the border triangle of Germany, Switzerland and France. Her professional career has been built upon a special interest in tourism, service and project management and real estate. Sabine began her career in the hotel business where she worked for several years with hotels in Germany, Switzerland and Mexico, upon receiving a degree in hotel management. Prior to moving to Sarasota, Florida in 2013 to work in the vacation property business, she served as a project manager and head of global PMO for an international company and gained experience renting out her own vacation homes.
Today she combines her expertise as a licensed broker and owner of 342 Real Estate and 342 Vacation Rentals (www.342vacationrentals.com} with a portfolio of more than 45 vacation rentals. She offers clients a comprehensive service package which includes the purchase, furnishing, marketing, renting and managing of vacation homes. A resident of Sarasota, Sabine is fluent in English and German and she communicates well in French and Spanish.
Michelle Larcher de Brito is a native of Lisbon, Portugal. After receiving a full tennis scholarship in 2002 at IMG Academies, she and her family moved to Bradenton, Florida and it is where she still calls home.
A successful career as a professional tennis player saw her reach a ranking as high as 76 in the world and claiming wins over top ten players and competing in the main draw of all four Grand Slams.
Her interest in real estate sparks from being on tour and embracing the hospitality of different cultures all over the world. Excited to share her love of travel with vacationers visiting Florida, she became a licensed Realtor®, working in both property management and sales. Being on the receiving end of hospitality for over 10 years, she now brings that experience to her guests and knows above all else, that providing excellent service is what matters most! As a vacation rental owner herself, she also knows what it means to maintain quality accommodation and high standards.
