I strive to earn your trust and meet all of your needs. I take the time to answer all of your questions and explain each step of the way as simple as possible. Obtaining a mortgage can become overwhelming especially when you feel as though your lender is not on your team. I will work with you rather than give you the feeling as though you are being scrutinized. I answer your calls, texts and emails as quickly as possible as I understand how important your needs are despite how simple they may seem.

I specifically focus on first time home buyers in our local market. I am a native and understand the needs of South Floridians. I have an extensive knowledge of available loan programs and what it takes to qualify for them. If you have been rejected by a bank or a previous lender, let’s speak for 10 minutes and I will tell you exactly what to needs to be done for an approval. I can lay out a plan with specific goals and timeframes to obtain an approval. My team and I have extensive expertise in in accounting and finance helping us qualify self employed borrowers that other lenders just can’t help.
