I apologize this took me so long to write a review. Time flew once I moved in and was very busy. But I can’t pass the opportunity to write a review about Ryan. I couldn’t have had a better realtor. He was there every time I needed him. If you had any questions or concerns he got back with you right away. He really cared about what I wanted and fought to get me the best deal when negotiating. I didn’t pay a penny out of pocket at the end of it. He will not pressure you into anything you don’t want to do. He will always think about what you want and he won’t stop searching until you get it. I was a first time home buyer and was really nervous about the whole process. Wasn’t sure what I was getting into. Ryan helped break everything down to make sure I understood. Made me feel a whole lot better about the whole process. To this day after closing he still checks up to see how things are going and will answer any questions or concerns I may have. It would be a real shame to pass him up as your realtor.
