My favorite uncle was a WWII veteran and I always admired him. My nephew is an Army Veteran having served in Afghanistan who I am very proud of. I have also provided VA financing to over a hundred veterans over my 23 year career. I am committed to serving those that served our country and I am a proud supporter of all veterans.
I have always been a perfectionist and a rule follower. That has allowed me to become a top producer in the Dallas market. I have won the D Magazine’s Top Lender Award for many consecutive years as well as the Top Lender Award for the Texas Monthly Magazine. I grew up in a very small town in Kentucky and worked on the farm as a small boy through my teen years. I was the only one in my family to go to college where I worked 2 jobs to support myself and pay for my education.
After college I managed high end jewelry stores in 5 states for 13 years before changing to my current passion and lifetime career as a lender. I have owned my own broker shop and managed branches for a number of independent mortgage companies. I currently manage a branch of Nexa Mortgage, the nations largest mortgage broker.
