My husband and I are so thankful to have met Richard as our realtor. Thanks to his generous and helpful guidance, we were able to purchase our amazing First House in Maryland! When we first met, it was at one of the open houses that Richard was hosting. My husband and I were completely naive about the Home Purchase process at that time and we had so many questions, but once we actually began the search with Richard as our realtor, he graciously and patiently taught us and guided us through every step of the way. He genuinely worked on our behalf to get us the house we wanted and really taught us so much (like the details to look for in houses).
