About Raymond Donnelly

Ray is a veteran advisor with more than twenty five years of experience in the fields of Long Term Care, Financial, Insurance, Estate, and Business Succession Planning. Advisors Resource Group, Ltd. was established by Ray to provide the highest level of professional advice and financial services to all clients desiring a caring, compassionate, and informed relationship with their advisor.

Due to first hand experience with several Long Term Care events in his own family, Ray began to focus his education and professional practice on the complex issues of Long Term Care in the late 1980’s. With several tax law changes, and Medicaid look-back periods growing to 60 months, the importance of Long Term Care Planning has become a critical component in most clients planning priorities.

Ray has been giving educational seminars to the public since 1993. These presentations include information on the New York State Partnership for Long Term Care, on behalf of New York State Senator Kemp Hannon, the sponsor of this forward-thinking legislation. Utilizing a network of professionals including Estate, Tax and Elder Law attorneys, accountants, social workers, and geriatric care managers, plans are structured, explained in detail, then implemented and monitored over time.

Working with Ray, clients are able to set realistic goals for their financial future, enjoy a comfortable retirement, maintain control of their assets, and plan for an orderly distribution to their loved ones.

Ray and his wife Carol reside in Garden City, NY. They have four children and eight grandchildren.
