Randy is a native of Lafayette, LA. When he moved to the Hill Country, he brought with him all of his Cajun culture, including his accordion. The move to Fredericksburg was a dream that came true.
Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Randy was a fee based financial advisor for 25 years.
He specialized in the areas of estate planning and wealth management. He helped families navigate the markets in their wealth building years and ultimately helped them through the complicated process of transferring their wealth for many generations to come. With a degree in accounting, Randy had a great foundation for working with numbers and understanding complicated financial situations, but he did not stop there. With a continued zest for knowledge and a commitment to his clients, Randy went on to earn several highly respected industry certifications. To include the CFP, CLU, ChFC, CEP and CDFA. In 2008, Randy was featured in Forbes Magazine as one of “The Ten Most Dependable Wealth Managers for Women in the United States.”
At the age of 17, Randy joined the military. A few years later he graduated Officer Candidate School and went to Fort Benning to complete the Infantry Officer School. He was activated for Desert Storm and spent 12 years in uniform.
Randy has always been active in his community. He was elected and served two terms as a Zachary City Councilman from 2002-2010. He was also a founding member of a youth soccer league, gave speeches at many area schools and served as a deacon and chairman of the finance committee at his church.
In his spare time, Randy enjoys exploring his new home state, bow hunting and spending time with friends and family.
