As an insurance professional since 2001, I have had the privilege of helping countless individuals navigate the complex world of Medicare since 2007. It has been an incredible journey, and I have found my true calling in assisting Medicare consumers. Unlike most insurance agents or agencies, who only dabble in Medicare part-time, I am dedicated to this specific field 98% of the time.
One thing I have learned throughout my years in the industry is that when it comes to Medicare insurance products, the rates are fixed. No agent or agency can offer you a better deal than what is already available. This knowledge has empowered me to focus on what truly matters – providing exceptional customer service to my clients.
For me, customer service is not just a job requirement; it is a personal mission. I am extremely proud of what I do because it allows me to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Coming from a large family with several members who have served in the military, I have a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by our brave men and women. My father, grandfather, great aunt, and even my godson and his brother have all proudly served in the Army or Air Force. Additionally, I have close friends and fraternity brothers who have dedicated their careers to the military. Their commitment to protecting our country fuels my desire to serve others in any way I can.
Having worked in customer service positions throughout my entire life, I have developed a knack for understanding people’s needs and finding solutions. Being able to put my skills to use in the realm of Medicare is not only a privilege but also an honor. I genuinely enjoy being able to assist individuals and their loved ones in navigating the complexities of Medicare and finding the right coverage for their unique situations.
