Getting a mortgage is not easy. I have the experience to get things done. For my clients to achieve a smooth and worry-free lending experience, I work hard to stay organized and to solve problems on a daily basis. I find the challenges this industry offers to be intriguing, and my favorite rewards are my satisfied clients.

I am the proud brother of two Air Force Airmen that have retired from duty. Many or my friends and family are in the military including my nephew that is in the National Guard.

For the last seven years I have not had a loan declined. The reason being that I know what I can do and what cannot be done. If the loan will not get approved, I will tell my clients upfront, not two days before closing. The regulated mortgage industry requires a tremendous amount of documentation. It can be a very frustrating situation for a client. My goal is to minimize the hassle by explaining what is needed upfront and why this documentation is necessary. I pride myself in being direct. I handle problems promptly and directly.

My experience with Patrick Morales was extremely positive. He, my realtor, and I were all on the same page through the whole process. Communication is key and we had it! I highly recommend him as a broker. I have already mentioned him to other family members and friends. The house buying ups and downs do not faze him.
