REALTOR® – As a REALTOR®, I am a real estate professional who is a member of a board (or association) of REALTORS® and is affiliated with the Florida REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®. I am trained in the details of property transfer, market conditions, real estate marketing, analyzing buyer’s needs, knowledge of the laws pertaining to real estate and bound by the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of REALTORS®.
GKC – I achieved the GOLD Key Certification awarded by the Orlando Regional REALTORS® Association for completing the Excellence in Professionalism Program.
FMS – As a Florida Military Specialist, I focus on laws associated with the VA, Americans with Disabilities Act and general military requirements to assist veterans in finding their housing.
MRP – As a Military Relocation Professional, I am familiar with the grants and programs for military to guide them service members through the real estate process.
ABR – Accredited Buyer’s Representative is an advocate for the buyer dedicated to finding the right property for the buyer, obtaining the best combination of price, location, features and terms, and education of the client throughout the process. The ABR designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council.
Personal Background
I am a 20+ year resident of Seminole County with a background in real estate, customer service, and business management. Prior to my real estate career, while in the golf business, I served in various positions including Golf Professional, Club Manager (overseeing the profit of all departments and communication with the Employee Partners, Members, and Financial Stakeholders), Regional Manager (multi-unit financial responsibility), and Vice President of Golf Operations (oversaw the development, implementation, training, and monitoring of policies and procedures for 130+ golf operations) for achieving results for Employee, Member, Guest, and Investor satisfaction.
Family and Fun
Golf and football have been part of my life since childhood. While an avid college football fan that closely follows the SEC, golf has long been the passion of my life. As a LIFE MEMBER of the Professional Golfers Association of America, I had the honor of meeting and playing golf with members of many clubs, their families, and some players on the men’s and ladies professional tours. My greatest rewards in golf came from watching the children I coached become better golfers and people through the lessons they learned from golf. Some of them received college scholarships, some went on to try the professional tour, and all of them still enjoy playing golf today with their family, friends, and business associations.

Proud Military Supporter
While at the University of Alabama, I was in the Air Force ROTC for three years, looking forward to a career in the Air Force and being a pilot. At the end of the third year, they sent us to Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama, to take our flight physical. I did not pass the physical due to some neck and back injuries from football and I failed the eye test. My father and uncles were all in the Navy and served in World War II. The first two real estate certifications I received were the MRP (Military Relocation Professional) and the FMS (Florida Military Specialist). I am proud to assist veterans with their home search and purchase on their terms and timeframe.
