Some of these include leading Boy Scouts (and having all three sons become Eagle Scouts!), MADD, Midland Cancer Services, local schools, and Midland Evangelical Free Church.

Michelle and her husband Marty (also a Realtor at Ayre/Rhinehart and a terrific partner) have raised 4 adult children and understands the demands of busy families. Her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting from Central Michigan University gives her a firm grasp of the financial decisions faced by buyers and sellers as she provides counsel in their home decisions. She is a member of the Midland Board of Realtors, Bay County Association of Realtors MLS, Residential Real Estate Council, The Michigan Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Michelle is awesome and always on top of things! We bought our house in 2013 from Michelle, the buying process was awesome and enjoyable, no pressure at all! When my family and I moved to Florida in 2016, we had Michelle to list our house, she would be able to get it sold in very short period with the amount we wanted! She also assisted us through staging process and etc. in the beginning! Yes, Michelle helped us to buy our first house and also sold it for us when we moved! Nothing will go wrong if you work with Michelle, and she has inspired me and now I am also a realtor in Sarasota, Florida, and has always remember the awesome experience that me and my family received from Michelle!
