However, my extensive experience is working in the Reverse Mortgage Purchase and Refinance field. This allows me the ability to deal with my real passion, Home Equity Conversion Mortgages for Senior’s / Baby Boomers.
In 2009 the Reverse Mortgage market went down a new road when they introduced the Reverse Mortgage for Purchase Program. Simply put, a Senior can sell their current home (which they raised their family in and no longer meets their retirement needs) and purchase a new home, that better meets their retirement needs and lifestyle.
By using the Reverse Mortgage Purchase program, they can use a portion of the proceeds from the sale of their existing home as a down payment. Using this down payment, we do a Reverse Mortgage on the remaining balance, and they live in the new home for the rest of their lives, and with no Principal and Interest payment. This could allow them to keep a good portion of the proceeds from their current home sale to help them enjoy their retirement years.
Another unique thing is there are limited credit or income qualifications for the new home they purchase. (Financial Assessment requires the client to have the ability to pay their own Property Taxes, Homeowner Insurance and any other associated fees)

My Father-in Law, Frank R. McMillan – Retired 1st Sargent, USMC, 2 tours in Vietnam, 2 Purple Heart, Commandant USMC League in Virginia, Devil Dog Member, Personal Friend with 4 Star General Gray, Personal friends with Calos Hathcock, Snipper White Feather, Vietnam. After Military Retirement, he went on to service his USMC Brothers as a leader in the Life Insurance Field, as an alternative to SBC and SGL Life Insurance alternatives. Died 100% Military Disability, of Agent Orange at age 49 from his service as a Platoon Sargent in Vietnam, getting Downed US Pilots behind enemy lines.
My Uncle, Jame D. (Big D) Stanley – Motorcycle Messenger in WW II, Delivered Messages in the Alpes in Italy, Germany, and brought news of the end of WWII on his follow troupes via his Harley Davison (45) motorcycle.
My Uncle, Lawrence P. Stanley – USNC during WW II. He served on Ships all during WW II and was engaged in many Battles in Europe and South Pacific, during his service, After his military retirement he owned a small construction business and helped build lots of building and street in Washington DC and Northern Virginia Area.
Mr. Sonny Bringol – Chairman & President of Victorian Finance LLC & Executive Chairman of Farmers Bank, Parsons Tennessee. Mr. Bringol is a Veteran of the United State Air Force. Mr. Bringol Father is a US Veteran and His Sister is Still active duty in the US Air Force.
