After a successful career with a Fortune 50 company, Matthew started his career as a REALTOR® and Real Estate Investor servicing the Greater Tampa Bay area. He prides himself in providing values-driven customer-centric and fact-based decision making, nurtured by his impenetrable pillars of integrity, selflessness, vitality, meticulous attention to detail, and innovative mindset. He retired from the United States Army after 20+ years of service in 2007.

Matthew is a current Doctoral candidate at Capella University studying Strategy and Innovation. He possesses a multidisciplinary education grounded in business, technology, and security management, holding three graduate degrees from the University of Maryland University College and American Military University. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Management from the University of Maryland University College where he has served as an Associate Professor for 13 years. Matthew likes to focus on the particulars of real estate built on a customer-centric business model for their clients.

Matthew Pace and his team won us over as we interviewed prospective realtors. His knowledge of the local market, enthusiasm, and ‘way ahead’ plan were top notch. Amazing improvements he recommended really helped to show the home in the best light. We had great communication throughout the process and stayed engaged through negotiations, inspection and closing.
