United States Army Veteran, Matthew Green, arrived in Nevada’s Real Estate industry in December 2020 ready to serve Las Vegas and Henderson home buyers and sellers. Successfully serving 29 years in multiple capacities and roles in the Army, the last being Sergeant First Class as an All-Source Military Intelligence Analyst, Green maintains his military values of Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage in representing clients with their Real Estate needs.
Moving to Southern Nevada from the Midwest, Green has created a charitable business model for his clients by giving back to the community he now calls home. He will be donating 25% of his commission to his buyer or seller’s charity of choice and reduce commission for all Military members for up to 25%. Green’s goal by 2022 is to build a team of realtors that will donate their commission to local charities in order to continue his mission of paying it forward.
Firmly committed to the philosophy of quality over quantity, Green takes his job as a real estate agent seriously and gives it the full measure of his attention. He is knowledgeable about homes both inside and out as Green worked as a carpenter with four years of experience in residential construction and four years in commercial construction before joining the Army. His expertise and keen eye for details are skill sets that will assist his clients in finding the perfect home.
Outside of being a real estate agent, Green enjoys spending time with his two children, Bryce, 24, and Emily, 19, when they visit, as well as taking in the diversity and variety that Southern Nevada has to offer with its multitude of restaurants and outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, skiing, and off-roading. Green’s personal hobbies include 3D printing and volunteering his time to various children and veterans charities throughout the Las Vegas valley. He is especially committed to charities that fight cancer, as his wife of 23 years succumbed to the disease two years ago.
