Mary Sue holds client service and commitment to their needs, at the highest level. She served clients for over 30 years, in the health insurance industry. This experience awarded her expertise in management, sales, service, training and underwriting both in Maine and New York. In 2000, she became self-employed as a Benefits Consultant for employers with 10-2500 employees. This solidified her skills that coincide with real estate: honesty, integrity, organization, attention to detail, artful negotiation, following up and following through.
Mary Sue was raised in Portland, Maine where she also received her degree from SMCC. Having wonderful childhood memories of summers on Long Island, Maine, she and her family chose to live in a village of Long Island, New York, which very much reminded her of Maine. After 12 years in New York City and Long Island, Mary Sue has now called Falmouth her home since returning to Maine with her family in 2003.
Working with both buyers and sellers, Mary Sue is diligent to earn the trust of clients and attentive to manage expectations. Working with all parties for a seamless transaction and satisfied clients is always her goal.
Outside of work, Mary Sue enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael and two sons, who attend Hobart & William Smith Colleges and Wheaton College (MA). She is active in her community and her children’s various sports teams for 15 years. She has recently recaptured her love for competitive swimming after 30+ years.
