Marina Marchesani

I cannot say enough about Marina. She is an absolute pro who went above and beyond to ensure our goals were met. Her efforts were amplified due to a condensed timeline associated with a PCS (military move). I was impressed with several specific areas: communication, availability, and integrity. Communication was particularly important for us as we moved from the west coast. Our initial discussions were all over the phone. Marina’s remote abilities were focused and helpful, and she always followed up via phone. This was critical given our timeline and situation. I had one week in town to tour homes ahead of our move. Marina drove me around from dawn until dusk for several days and we viewed more properties than I could count. The visit was planned, organized, and efficient. The difference maker, to me, is her integrity. Marina was a true advocate for us. If it didn’t look or feel right she did not try to dance around the issue or apply some sort of spin. We discussed the options for pursuit at some locations, and immediately walked away from others. It was a team effort. Best of luck during your search.
