Lenore Pattillo has been a Charlotte resident for over 17 years after relocating from Virginia. She joined forces with Coldwell Banker Realty – Greater Northeast as a full time licensed Real Estate Broker. She is dedicated to serve your real estate needs.
Lenore comes from an extensive background of caring for others. Lenore is a military veteran, where she served our country in the US Army and the US Army Reserves for over 9 years. She comes from a family with a long history of service in the military, including her father, brother and now her son who is a Paratrooper with 82nd Airborne stationed in Fort Bragg NC. She has a true passion for working with all military families to assist them in all of their real estate needs offering professional advice and expertise as a real estate broker.
After the military, Lenore served in the medical field as a Respiratory Care Practitioner for 19 years where she worked with critical care newborns, infants, pediatric, and adult patients. From there she transitioned into the home care setting where she worked with families to ensure proper life support in their homes. She takes pride in her medical career and has been recognized by peers as one of the most knowledgeable, caring, and hard-working practitioners in the city of Charlotte.
Lenore has extensive training in the network marketing industry which she specialized in team building, marketing strategies, leadership, sales, and recruiting which developed a long history of customer satisfaction. She uses these strong attributes and experience to empower the success in all of your real estate needs.
Lenore also loves to volunteer in the community. She was awarded the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for lifelong commitment to building a stronger nation through volunteer service. She has volunteered and been involved with several organizations that deal with helping troubled teens, “The Relatives” and “Crisis Intervention Center” both of which are group homes. She has been a certified Foster parent and an emergency placement home provider. She is the founder of “Single Parents Living Without Borders” where she works mostly with single mothers to educate and assist them in advancing themselves financially and socially in the community. She is a committed volunteer for various ministries at her church. She is a loyal advocate for cancer awareness and holistic health as a cancer survivor.
