Laura made the decision to become a REALTOR® in 2004 after her first experience purchasing her own home. She didn’t have representation of her own and she quickly learned how valuable having a Trusted Advisor for that process would have been.
Since then, she has made it her goal to help Buyers and Sellers in the Atlanta Metro Area navigate the financial, technical, and emotional aspects of buying and selling their homes. She does this with the assistance of her invaluable network of lending and legal partners as well as trade contractors and area vendors as well as her commitment to continuing education.
She is a licensed REALTOR® and is bound by the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, has obtained the National Association of Realtors certification designations Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), e-PRO®, Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®)and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®). Other designations include Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE®), Broker Price Opinion (BPO) and a Certified iAgent for institutional buyers such as Zillow, OpenDoor, OfferPad, Knock, etc.
