Selling a house is a major decision and doubts and worries can be great but not with Kathy! Imagine an experience that is almost effortless. Kathy’s expert knowledge of the market allowed us to appropriately plan and price our house on the market. Within 48-72 hours of the house on the market she had open houses scheduled and had potential buyers. She was quick to find the necessary contractors to fix recommended repairs after inspection results and provided daily updates of their progress.
