About Karen & Bobbi

Bobbi and I are a top team within our office and the Naperville Area. We love being Realtors and love helping people. We work closely with our clients to facilitate the dream of home ownership. Our goal is to develop life long relationships with our clients. As a team we work to counsel our buyers and sellers each step of the way to make sure they have all the tools they need to make the best decisions for buying and selling their homes. We focus on analyzing the numbers and the market to provide in depth knowledge to help our sellers to net top dollar for their home. We work very closely with buyers to ensure a smooth transaction and to ensure they are getting the best house for them at the best possible price. Our business is based very heavily on referrals so we want to ensure that every client has the best experience possible.

Military Background-Both my grandfathers served in World War!! My nephew Cole Joy is a US Navy Sea Cadet and is planning a career as a Hospital Corpsman and planning to enlist in the Navy this June and will be on active duty starting June 2022 once he completes high school. His rank is Petty Officer 3^rd Class (PO3). His training includes Field and Master-At-Arms. He has taught military history and tactical combat casualty care.

Bobbi and Karen Spangler are the perfect duo! I had to sell my home very fast, and I was afraid that it was going to be the worst experience since it was my first time selling a home. I was also dealing with unforeseen circumstances but they made the process a lot easier. When I bought the house, 6 years ago, they helped me find the perfect home and I am glad that I chose them. Selling the house was much easier because 6 years ago she helped me make the right choice.
