Josh Friedson is a mortgage lending professional with over 24 years of experience both regionally and nationally. He is a Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate, where he helps his clients achieve homeownership with smart financing solutions and innovative loan products.
Josh’s expertise ranges from providing first-time homebuyers with the knowledge and support they need to confidently make one of life’s most significant purchases to identifying unique solutions for more complicated financial situations. Josh has helped many military service men and women use their VA benefit to become first time homebuyers as well as assist them with their home purchases when transferring to their next duty station.
His extensive experience, the use of technology to build a more efficient process, and attention to detail are milestones included in every customer experience when working with Josh. He has been recognized annually as a Presidents Club Producer since 2010,
Josh’s father and grandfather were both Marines. He believes strongly in giving back to the community by assisting veteran students and others needing help with their education by providing two scholarships annually to the University of Maryland. He also actively supports the Feeding of the Needy nonprofit.
