I have been a loan originator since 2002 and still can’t think of any profession that I would love more. I believe in providing options to my clients, so they can make an informed decision. I currently volunteer teaching 1st time home buyer classes at a local non-profit housing organization. I specialize in Conventional, FHA, VA, Rural Development, and state bond loans (down payment assistance). I have years of experience helping vets with attaining home ownership and it’s my favorite type of loan. I appreciate the discipline that vets have when getting me the documents needed and for being respectful throughout the process.

On a personal note, I’m married with four kids. We recently welcomed into the world our first grandchild. Her father Anthony (our son-in-law) is in the Airforce reserve and is trained as a fireman. My father also served with Army intelligence, then went on to college to become a teacher. He retired as a teacher after 35 years.

My number 1 word of advice is to make sure you get pre-approved for a mortgage, it makes life easier.
