Garner is a highly respected loan officer with 17 years of experience (10 years in management) in the North Carolina and South Carolina mortgage industry. In addition to his vast knowledge of home loan products, he uses his B.S. in Psychology to better understand the financial needs of each client.

Joe’s determination to find a solution to every financial scenario that he encounters is what sets him apart from other mortgage professionals. Joe specializes in first-time home buyer programs, conventional fixed-rate mortgage loans, jumbo mortgages, USDA home loans for rural areas, and VA home loans for veterans and active military.

Focused on providing a simplified and transparent loan process, Joe gives each borrower personalized attention by making the time to respond promptly to each person’s questions. By treating each person like family, his goal is to have every client leave with a smile and the confidence that they’ve made the correct financial decisions for their family’s future.

Joe has been married for 12 years and has 9-year-old twins. In his spare time, he coaches baseball and is involved with the local men’s golf association.
