Military service has always been a cornerstone of my family’s legacy, with my father serving as an Air Force veteran during the Korean War and numerous other relatives also answering the call to serve. Inspired by this rich tradition, I enlisted in the Army while in school, becoming an engineer and operating heavy construction equipment in both the Reserves and National Guard. My true passion lies in helping others, especially veterans and those utilizing VA and other veterans’ programs, navigate and access the full range of resources available to them. On a personal note, I deeply value time spent with my family and take pride in my volunteer work as a member of American Legion Post 261 and the ESGR (Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve).
