I grew up in the real estate industry showing houses with my mother when I was just a child. I first got my real estate license in 1997 but left to learn business sales and management. I sold my business in 2014 and got my license again in 2015. At the same time, I became licensed as a mortgage loan originator because I wanted to make a difference in the world of mortgage lending. I saw a complete lack of true concern or interest in the client and the real estate agent involved in the transaction.
My motto is a quote by the late Zig Ziglar that says, “You can have everything that you want in life if you just help enough people get what it is that they want.”
I am a Real estate coach and an instructor for the Texas Realtor’s and San Antonio Board of Realtors, and a member of several Chambers of Commerce and the Women’s Council. I believe that knowledge is power, and experience is the educator. I strive to continue learning daily and applying what I learn in my personal life and my business.
My heart is with my veterans. My family comes from a line of men who served their country. My grandfather and his brother served in the army in WW II. My uncle earned 2 purple hearts. My uncle served in the Navy, and I have a nephew who is a lifer in the Air Force and a daughter in law who also served in the army.
Through the years I have met and help so many veterans to purchase and sell homes. Each of their stories are incredible! I adore being able to connect and learn about each of my clients and getting to know them. At the end of every transaction, I have enlarged my extended family which gives me great joy.
My husband and I live in San Antonio, TX and I grew up in a small east Texas town, Palestine. We live with our Belgian Malinois, Cooper and our 2 Yorkies, Kassidy and Koby. We enjoy the water, so we visit our beautiful lakes and rivers frequently. We also like to explore the quaint little towns in the area on the weekends, travelling on our Harley Trike when weather permits.
