With over two decades of experience in financial services, James W. Vassas, Jr. brings deep knowledge, integrity, and a client-centered approach to every relationship he builds. A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, James began his career in 2002 and quickly advanced to co-founding and leading his own financial services firms. Today, he is the founder and advisor of Cairn Investor Services and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional in good standing with the CFP® Board.
James is passionate about guiding individuals, families, and small businesses toward greater financial clarity. He understands that every financial journey is unique, and he’s committed to helping clients navigate life’s complexities with confidence—whether that means planning for retirement, managing risk, or building a long-term strategy for generational wealth.
His dedication to serving others extends beyond his profession. James has long been active in his community, previously serving on the Board of Trustees at West Grove United Methodist Church and as Youth Director at Middletown United Methodist Church. An Eagle Scout himself, he remains a strong supporter of the Boy Scouts of America, reflecting his lifelong commitment to leadership, service, and mentorship.
