James Exum was excellent! I went through 2 other Agents before I found James, he was heads above the others! He was friendly, responded quickly, funny, knowledgeable, respectful, and never let me down (all very important)! He helped me in several other ways, besides just looking at houses. He helped setting me up with great loan agency (Service 1st Mortgage-Kristy Osborn), and referred me to good Home Ins guy, etc. Whatever I needed he was willing to help, if he could. He’s a very nice guy, I would recommend him to anyone. I am thankful I found him, it is a stressful situation buying a home for the 1st time, he made it not so stressful for me, I appreciate that very much!
