Greg and his team are incredibly professional, clear and conservative. We closed on time and could have even closed earlier if we wanted. Their guarantee is legit! During the process, if they told me that something would happen by a certain time, I knew I could rest easy. If they told me I needed to handle something a certain way I trusted them and followed their advice.
