OMG, where do I start?! Fred Mangrum the principal of Mangrum Agency went above and beyond in helping us to secure insurance after I received a forceful retirement from my employer of 35 years! When I say went above and beyond, ours was not an easy process and took longer than most! It was time for him to leave on his vacation and he told me not to worry! All would be handled! Mr Mangrum took our file on vacation and worked it from there! There were items they still needed, and phone calls and he handled it all! He got us the approval during his vacation!
