Frank provides fee-based planning and investment advisory services, with solutions that may include separately managed stock and bond portfolios and mutual fund wrap accounts. He devotes considerable time to staying informed about laws and regulations that may affect his clients’ goals and objectives.
Frank earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from The American College. He has also been trained and licensed to teach wealth and retirement strategies to business and corporate communities and has conducted formal educational seminars throughout his career.
