Excellent customer service every step of the way keeping us informed both by phone and emails. He made the process so easy even finding solutions to any problem that came up. His favorite was “we have a problem but don’t worry I have a solution”. It was as if there was never a problem in the first place because he was one step ahead finding a solution to make it happen. Now that is the kind of person you want handling your Mtg. financing so you can sleep better knowing that he is watching out for you. This is the best team I came across in a long time and we are glad to have chosen them to purchase our 1st home. With service like this who knows the 2nd home may come soon. What made it even more impressive was that we were able to close without flying to Florida. We closed right here in our home in NY. They sent the closing officer to our home saving us time and money.
