I had the best possible experience buying my first home Thanks to Ed and Lori at Evergreen Home Loans! They went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed earlier than expected when I found my dream home and didn’t want to lose it. We closed in 30 days exactly and that wouldn’t have even been possible if they didn’t do everything in their power to make it happen! They also made me feel more comfortable signing things I had no clue about, because they would explain everything in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid. I can’t thank them enough, Ed was the first loan officer I met who didn’t turn me away immediately because I was too young. He took me seriously, didn’t try to involve my parents, and treated me with respect. (Which is surprisingly not common when trying to purchase a home at age 24). I will never go anywhere else for my buying or refinancing needs, and I will recommend them to anyone who asks.
